How do I return my products?

If a product is not to your satisfaction, you can return your order within 14 days.

Below you will find an instruction:

Pack your goods in the original packaging and add the supplied packing slip;

State your order number on the package;

Send your package with sufficient postage to the address below:

Once your shipment has been accepted, you will be refunded your money as soon as possible.

Returns within 14 days

If you are not satisfied with the ordered item, you can return your order within 14 days from the day of receipt. Orders must be returned complete and (as far as reasonably possible) in the original condition and packaging. We kindly ask you to check immediately upon receipt of the article whether it has been delivered undamaged and complete. If this is not the case, we kindly request you to contact us as soon as possible to report this.

Items that cannot be returned:

products engraved on request by you as a customer; products that are tailor-made.

Backrestricties

Within the trial period of 14 days, you have the right to assess your purchase, as you would in a store. However, if it appears that the item returned to us has been used for other purposes (for example: wearing it, which has caused wear damage), a possible depreciation may be charged. If the damage turns out to be irreparable, we can decide to refuse the return and return the item to you.

The refund will be made as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after the cancellation of the purchase. You will be reimbursed for all costs incurred. The costs for returning the goods are for your own account, unless the product you have received contains damage or you have received the wrong item. In that case, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs incurred by you afterwards. This means that we comply with Dutch law.

The return shipments will be processed and assessed in order of arrival, as soon as your return shipment is processed, you will receive a notification by e-mail. Processing takes a maximum of 14 days.
